In 1994 the National Commission's OHS Education and Training Strategy Implementation Group began to develop a series of core training elements to support the national uniform standards. Core training elements are designed to assist those who are developing training programs. They are broad in their scope to facilitate national use and do not seek to provide specific training content of a technical or prescriptive nature.
